Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on effectively managing store operations in preparation for leading your own store. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and developing operational strategies.

Position Details

• Full-Time Position
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour
• Potential Year 1 Earnings: Up to $119,000 (salary and bonuses included)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver high-quality customer service
• Communicate company core values and foster teamwork among employees
• Manage customer concerns and ensure resolution
• Maintain store signage and product quality
• Conduct hiring and training of store personnel
• Develop and revise staffing schedules
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations
• Monitor store performance metrics and budgets
• Ensure a safe and organized store environment

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of retail management principles
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred
