Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash register, uphold store policies, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in retail preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
