We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations of the store. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Handle customer transactions and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
