Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are assisted efficiently, and the overall shopping experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers with their purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
