Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safely operate store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and in a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multi-task
