Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Contribute to inventory management and accuracy
  • Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
