Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves collaborating with the ALDI team, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain neat displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store managers.
  • Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy in product counts.
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks according to guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
