Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Report product issues, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience operating a cash register and retail equipment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
