Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will work collaboratively to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Participate in inventory management and maintain cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
