We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
