Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies in daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred with prior retail experience desirable.
