We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, products are stocked, and customers receive top-notch service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory checks, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
