Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
• Adherence to state and local alcohol handling requirements
