Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest standards, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core Mindsets and Competencies in daily activities.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide feedback on store operations.
- Perform inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Knowledge of retail cleaning standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Educational Background
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
