Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
