Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Duties

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
