Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
