We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to deliver a top-notch shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in store inventory counts and accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Ability to handle equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and in a team environment
