Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain product displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
