Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping, provide feedback to management, and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt customer service and operate a cash register.
• Aptitude for using store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
