Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers and addressing inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring stock levels.
• Operate cash register accurately and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
