Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
