Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Operate cash register and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
