We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising processes. Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain overall store appearance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company security and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
