Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members and management to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitoring.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
