Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. Your collaboration with team members and adherence to company policies will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning.
• Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
