Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and maintaining store appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
