Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Store Operations Assistant to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and providing top-notch customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $19.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
