Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
