Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a full-time associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. standards consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and follow company policies.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience in retail is advantageous.
