Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Handle cash transactions following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
