Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, perform cleaning duties, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy in inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
