Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, report issues, and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in using store equipment and following safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma/equivalent preferred.
