Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain product presentation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct store inventory counts, and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company cash handling policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
