Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any relevant issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
