Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's presentation, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain neat displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
