Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
