Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting daily operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Ensure store cleanliness and neatness
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
