Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers, providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure data security, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to use store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
