Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
