Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist with store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
