Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its impeccable appearance.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers by processing purchases, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
