Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work at ALDI.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
