Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
