Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a key part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt, courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
