Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is a plus

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous work experience in retail environment preferred
