Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain a tidy store, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and cash handling procedures
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and company policies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Relevant retail experience is a plus
