Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
