Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI location. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
