Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide courteous service and follow company policies
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
